No, only CSS OEM parts may be used as a replacement on all CSS units. Consolidated cannot guarantee performance nor support sterilizers that use non OEM parts. The customer warranty will be voided.

No it is not. The equipment is protected by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, defective parts and labor. This DOES NOT include recommended preventative maintenance parts. Each sterilizer ships with a warranty certificate that explains what is and is not covered.

We reduce the chamber warranty from 15 years to 10 years if they do not use a CSS authorized group. We will void the 1 year warranty on the sterilizer.
