The temperature/pressure in the jacket will not rise.

If your unit is equipped with an integral steam generator, verify that the generator has pressure. If the generator does not have pressure then press the Generator On/Off button on the Main Menu. If you can hear the contactor clicking on and off then you know the problem is on the generator side (not the control side). Verify that the 3-phase power to the generator is in the On position. Verify that the 3-phase circuit breaker has not tripped (may need to be reset). Verify that there is water in the generator (check the sight glass). Check to see if the manual reset on the pressure switch needs to be reset (metal tab or button on top of the pressure switch).

If your unit runs on house steam, then please check the following: steam strainer entering the jacket (look for clogged screen), steam-to-jacket valve (make sure it’s functioning/actuating), jacket steam trap (make sure steam is flowing through this trap.)
