This repair kit is used to replace the internal components of the Steam Traps used on Consolidated autoclaves. It is recommended you replace a steam trap if you notice excess amounts of water or condensate following a vacuum or gravity cycle.

*Available for all Consolidated autoclaves, as well as competitor models. 

Technical Specifications X

Debris that passes through the chamber drain strainer can get caught up in the Steam Trap, thereby reducing the rate of exhaust. When this happens, it may be time to replace the steam trap internals. This repair kit can be used on a complete steam trap with part numbers 03-002 (3/4") and 03-003 (1/2"). Please note: It is important to use all of the parts included in a repair kit or the component may continue to malfunction.
