Installation: Unless included in the above Quote, Installation is not included. Warranty: The equipment is protected by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, defective parts, excluding consumables, and fifteen (15) years on Consolidated sterilizer-chamber and/or Consolidated generator pressure vessel. Warranty is contingent upon the customer following manufacturer’s recommendations for installation, proper use, and preventative maintenance. The warranty start date will be the date of installation of the equipment or fifteen (15) months from the ship date, whichever occurs first. Cancellation: Cancellation is subject to a fee of ten percent (10%) of the purchase order after receipt of PO, thirty-five percent (35%) after approved drawings or submittal package, and up to ninety percent (90%) after fabrication has begun. Title: The title and ownership of said material shall remain vested with Consolidated Sterilizer Systems until the entire purchase price has been paid in full in cash. Modifications: Consolidated Sterilizer Systems must approve any changes to the above terms.
