General Shop Laborer

Job Summary:

Consolidated Sterilizer Systems is a small but growing company that designs and manufactures steam sterilizers (autoclaves) at our facility in Billerica.  We are seeking a General Shop Laborer to work within the Manufacturing department.  We are looking for a fast learner who can think through and solve problems, has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work.  You must be interested in continuous improvement; experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements:

• Basic fabrication and mechanical assembly, including operating a band saw, belt sander, drill press, and pneumatic hand tools
• Use of a variety of grinding and polishing tools
• Follow all shop safety procedures
